• Spare-parts Service: Whether before or after your equipment purchase, our spare-parts branch based in Xuzhou, Jiangsu delivers responsive support. We supply genuine high-grade OEM components as well as cost-effective aftermarket alternatives. Quotations can be quickly provided upon submission of machine VIN and part numbers, even for units not purchased from us.
• Payment Terms: We accept T/T and L/C. DA and DP payment options can be negotiated for long-term clients.
• Documentation: Complete customs clearance documentation tailored for different national authorities. Certificates such as CE, COOC, ISO9001, SGS and EPA are available on request.
• Inspection: Pre-shipment quality inspection is performed for every unit, with photos and videos delivered to clients. On-site witness inspection can be arranged where feasible.
• Warranty: Our warranty policy follows widely-accepted industry standards for construction equipment. For diesel-powered machinery, standard warranty is 12 months or 2000 working hours, subject to individual product specifications.
